OPT kuda aipothe .. apudu inka ye status undadhu .. easiest thing is .. F1 ki convert avvatam .. andhu k ppl prefer that

naku pampina dani kanna thakkuva docs thone kontha mandiki h1 vachayanta...ma attorney gadu oka gola kaadu..ee madhyana USCIS lo ee staffing comp ki core haters vuntunnaru...u cant convince their mind set antunnadu...even we dropped out attempt to appeal as its not worth doing and waiting for 18 months without being in status

client letter undhi .. last yr May lo H1 extn ki premium lo apply chesa .. 1 week lo approve aipoyindi for 3yrs

We have one more option..
if the cap is still open..u can put for motion to reconsider the file
As the cap is closed now....find noncap/cap exempt employers like nonprofit org who can file H1 round the year.
thats the only way before april
