Application form lo "Place of birth" inka "District/Country" ani fields vunnai. Answers are very obvious, kaani instructions ila pettadu:

"Place of birth" kosam:[list]
[*]enter the name of place like Village; Town; and the State in India. If born outside India, mention the place, state and the country
[/list]
Inka "District/Country" kosam:[list]
[*]If born in India, write name of the district. Otherwise write name of country of birth
[/list]
ani vunnai.

Passport matter kada andukey risk teesukodam kashtam. Evarikaina experience vuntey koncham help....

Nenu adey anukunna mundu. I put my 'village' name and 'district' as 'warangal'.
But in my old passport, the details are 'village', andhra pradesh,

Vilalge Place lo me nearest Post Office location fettu..

Dist Warangal..andulo tension fadedi emundi...adagaka pote lite...

In fact "place of birth" field lo vilage, town, state ani annadu

So it should be like kukatpally, hyderabad, Andhra pradesh.

Malli district enti ra babu...

your birth registration place, which is available in your Birth Certificate

I renewed my passport earlier last year....from CHICAGO...

You wil have to put the samething that appears in your old/ current passport...I mean the very same details... let me know if you need some more info on it
