I have a header which should concatenate the header to the file

Header is below

"LOCATION_NM"|"TO_CHAR(CALL_DT[color=#800000],'DD-MON-YY')"[/color]

the output which iam getting

"LOCATION_NM"|"TO_CHAR(CALL_DT,[color=#8b4513]DD-MON-YY)"[/color]

[color=#8B4513]I need to get double quotes for DD-MM-YY [/color]

[color=#8B4513]is there any other way to get the header as [/color]

[color=#006400]"LOCATION_NM"|"TO_CHAR(CALL_DT,'DD-MON-YY')"[/color]

[color=#8B4513] single quotes in the [/color]
