Ma Akka valladi GC current date ayindi so finger prints & documents isthe 2-3 months lo EAD vasthadani expecting but ma akka passport lo visa 2014 varaku vundi recent ga India velli vacharu but I-94 lo matram vadu expiration date rasadanta so adi 2011 ani rasadanta so ippudu documents submit cheyyadaniki velthe vallu I-94 expire ayi vundi so country cross chesi ravali kotha I-94 vasthadi appudu submit cheyyali or else USCIS vallaki alane submit chesthe 5yrs US lo ki enter avvakunda ban chestharu ani chepparanta...actual ga ma bava ki appudu two H1's vunnayanta andhuke India velli nappudu vallu confuse ayyi I-94 lo ma akka ki 2011 date vesaranta. so consulate ki vellalsina pani ledu she already have a visa till 2014. she just need to cross the country & come back with a new I-94. So na question

1. car lo Canada ki velli return vachetappudu vallu I-94 change chesthara leda?
2. Visa stamping akkarledu kabatti just canda ki fly ayyi malli ventane return ayi ravacha? just ala velli vasthe immigration vallu emi anara..?

Did any one came across such situation? Perfect ga telisina vallu koncham reply cheyyandi.
