Ma friend ki H1 deny ayindhy..
Fiirst H1 apply chesetappudu job undhy and RFE or query vasthey USCIS vadu time sheets and project plan submit cheyamnadu...anni submit chesadu kani apudey job maradu...ippudu H1 reject ayindhy ipudu...Can he reappeal? enni days lo reappeal cheyachu? job change ayii nattu reappeal cheyacha?
Ippud present situation - he has a job with client letter.

oka vela reappeal cheyalemu antey ...What are his best alternatives rather going to India?

can't really do much in such a case... got to spend time out of the country.. if he is not having any chances of changing into a Student visa??



Reappeal is only a case , but in most cases may be no chance of staying in this country until October if he can;t change his visa to some other status than H1B ...

All of the above is only with my little knowledge... Best option is to consut a Lawyer or call them on phone by appointment may charge some dollars.but will give a Correct answer and optiions available..
