better ask the consultancy people.. endukante they know what univ he gets for that score.. every 6 months univ change there admission procedures... so our adivce wont work for sure ....

eventually u r visa depends on how u justify your financial status, annual income of your parents , how he justifies 9 backlogs, toefel scores before he took ilets... ilets teeskunnadu ante toefl baga raledhu ani ardam.. so they will ask.. depednign on his confidence level he might get.. so if u apply all c class univ.. they will not take him seriosuly... etc...
