Naaku maa employer nundi marketing lo emi help ledhu intha varaku naaku okka call kuda raledhu through my employer .... but through my own search .... neenu naa present location lo nee u.n.i.on B.an.k lo architect gaa permanent position vochindi .......

neenu USA ki March 2011 lo vochaa .... naa present employer tho naaku 1 year band undi (india lo unnapudu offer letter pampinchadu andhulo 1 year band ani undi) ... antee inko 2 months....

ippudu my new company H1 transfer chesukovadaniki prcessing cheyadaniki ready avuthundi .....so dini valla naaku naaa present employer nundi eminaaa problem avuthundhaaaa ....

my suggestion......don't ever join desi companies. (wipro/infosys/ibm/tcs/hcl/cts) after joining you will feel its better stay jobless. ATB

cheppu vallaki nenu intrested to join... but h1 transfer ayyevaraku I dont want to join as I was told that I may run into problems ani cheppu... so adhi easy ga 1 month time paduthundhi anni finish avvadaaniki...
