dude...CONSTITUTION is good.. Our laws are as good or sometimes even better on Paper...when compared to other countries. It was written by very wise people...However...just like...REVISION OF SYLLABUS...the constitution also needs to be revisited and aligned with CURRENT situation. However, it is the representatives of people, that do not resort to such things ...and people themselves prefer complaining rather than WORKING towards a solution. So it is the people to blame ultimately...
