[font=verdana,geneva,sans-serif]Dieting is very important and of course you need to eat at least [u]1700 to 2000[/u] calories worth of food everyday. You need to work out at least 1 hr per day then only you can get back to shape. Otherwise just eating fruits will give you more trouble than benefit. [/font]
