After H1 Approval --India Travel On Opt

Hi Frnds,

My OPT(stem extension) is valid until Nov'12, I'm planning to apply H1(in premium) in april. If it approves can I go to India and come back without going for Stamping??? I'm in big dilemma. Please help me out.

I really appreciate your help on this.

don't go max friend okadu deloitte nunchi veil raledhu he is permanent with deloitte so don't take risk better opt vunapude veladam

so if its rejected in canada, you said i can come back to Us based on my opt....if I want H1b, do i need to apply for new H1b again from same employer ?
