By what u said I am sure you are deep into some emotional trauma which could have been caused by many factors such as job , love, family & friends etc. I can't help resolving them but What I can say from my experience is problem today will be a silly issue if you look back tomorrow. why, because you have gone past it, you know it's implications and what could have been done to avoid it /resolve it.
many people get confused with problem symptoms and the actual problem, what ever your problem is find it and it's affecting factors, see what factors can be influenced by you and what are NOT.
Work on factors that you can change,
if it job that's causing so much trouble it and find new one. If you don't have one ,focus more. If it is Family & friends talk to them to persuade. Place you are living in again afuck it and find a better one world is very big.
Remember every day is new day with a fresh start, you will make mistakes but try not to make any school boy mistakes.
I have observed something which most of students from india can relate to , since our childhood we always stay in our comfort zone but when you grew up and out to real world, most of them when faced with a situation they never had to dealt with before, kinda think that is problem and end of the road.You have to realise it's quite natural for humans to have issues you should accept it and find ways to resolve it .
