Dell Laptop Sound Problem Can Anyone Help Me?

Hi, i bought dell inspiron laptop windows7, problem is if i call from skype or gtalk inbuilt speakers and mike is not working , i need to plug in headsets to listen and talk, but normal windows sounds like you tube sound and system speech recognition is working without any head sets, only for communicators or messengers like skype , yahoo, gtalk the in built speakers and mike is not working its working only through head set ports, i called customer care support but they couldn't fix, if anyone have solution please let me know friends, Thanks

sound drivers unisntall chesi.install cheyi ne laptop lo vi...search for the model on Dell website..and get the drivers..

kotha laptop ayithey dell suuport center untey vaditho chat cheyi may be they will solve it.............. if not go to dell and try install the drivers...............

Gmail open chesi..go to settings> then select chat and then change the mic and speakers from default to your device mic..it will resolve it I gues...do the same with skype..tools>>settings>>audio lo change chei ..
