Guys,
nenu e madhya weight baaga periganu,full ga belly vacchindhi.
evala gym join ayya,kakapothe which workouts do u suggest for weight loss and also lose belly fat.
evala thread mill chesa,do u suggest any more workouts and also order of workouts

do only 3 exercises.....
30 mins trademill - Walk for 3 mins at 4 speed ......& run for 3 mins at 6 speed & gradually increase run time more....... & less walk time
30 mins staircase
15 mins swimming

do it for 6 days a week......for 5-6 months....... u urself notice the change.......
Diet: cut off rice, & other carbs.......

i have seen lot of people..Gym join ayi..varam velli inka close antaru...velladaniki baddaginchi...
