deentlo nee info enter chesthe weekly plan vasthadi( u dont need to pay, its free)....adi follow ayipo daily....Trainer em avasaram ledu neeku cheyali ani intensity unte nuvve chesthavu... within few months lo neeku difference telusthadi, cricket or any games etla aadthavo body excercise or fitness kuda ade attitude tho cheyy!!!

nenu two months nunchi potunna gym ki,.... with personal trainer. this is what i do in the gym. 30-40 mins weights.. rojuki okati( like arms, triceps,chest,legs and back) 20-30 mins cardio(either elliptical or thread mill) and 15-20 mins abbs( machines meeda). koncham effect kanipistundi belly meeda. I do this every 4-5 days a week.
