CIVILS ki prepare avvaali antee maatram u will have to got to INDIA physically...DELHI is better option. keep aside atleast 5-6 lakhs + 1 year time and 1 more year back up. If you are in between 25-28 that is ok for now . 29..u r on the verge..30 is do or die.
