Contempt Of Court Issued - Credit Card Bill Pay Cheyyananduku

Guys....naaku oka info kaavali......maa frnd okathaniki contempt of court arrest warrant issue aindhi.......eppudo 3 - 4 yrs back oka credit card di bill pay cheyyananduku....aah credit agency vaadu court lo case register chesadu anta.......and court vallu hearing ki rammani court order mail chesaru anta (his is old add. which he left 3 yrs back)....veediki ey vishayam theliyadhu because he is not living in that old address.....but ninna aah old apartment landlord somehow veediki call chesi ila arrest warrant issue aindhi ani cheppi, ah letter ni scan chesi pampinchadu..........next week edo police station ki vachi surrender avvali ani..........maa frnd ki assalu court order gurinchi assalu idea ledhu....he is willing to clear that bill ($1100)....kaani contempt of court ki ela reply ivvali....whom to approach n how......Boston area lo evarikaina lawyers thelusa ?....pls suggest
