Any Vmware Experts--Having An Issue

I am trying to make a p2v conversion saying that it cannot connect to the destination vc.
Network is fine and vc is up and running

what might be the reason

any help will be appreciated

Note: the same p2v failed remotely and now i am trying to make a p2v locally.
