For the first time u might have to controll hunger pangs and legs cramps due to decrease intake of carbs n proteins.
you will see good results once u starting doing it at certain intervals as it cleanses your system.
If u cant make it, just skip one meal with just fruits n veg every alternate day. (This works best for me rather than whole week gm diet plan)

gm diet gurinchi naaku idea ledu kani... my trainer has told me this:

1lb weight lose avvali ante 3500 calories burn avvali

every person ki vala weight and height and body build will judge the amount of the calories needed to maintain their existing weight...

so dani prakaram chusukoni we have to create a deficit in the amount of calories we take every day

so calculate chesetappudu (amount of calories needed per day) + (amount of calories burnt everyday from exercise and other activities) - (amount of intake calories) edi nee wieght loss goal ki taggattu design chesuko

also body ki vache calories lo 40% from protein 35% from carbohydrates and the rest from fat is the minimum healthy diet
