Whey Protein elago theesukuntunnavu kabbattti. ON SERIOUS MASS okkati konu baa.. 3 times daily whey protein thaaagu and SERIOUS MASS emo morning and evening thaaagu.... definitely u will see result in few months.

For lean muscle vaalaki matram whey protein shakes ,multivitamins and fish oil..


Dont go for BSN products.. result untaayee but at the same time side effects kuda untaayeee...

3 times daily ante 1 scoop at a time. One scoop of ON WHEY GOLD STANDARD has 24g of protein equals 24*3= 72g daily plus regular diet( depeends what u take ) nunchii kuda proteins vasthayeee but less grams .

Protein intake proportional to body weight mama.. Intake for an adult male of 100 kgs by weight is 80 grams/day (0.8X100)

100kgs = 80 gms so according to body weight calculate chesukovataame..
