Nenu gym ki last 4 months nunchi velthunnanu, protein shake (whey) taguthanu after workout, kaani i want to quit it, daani valla i doubt naaku hair loss start ayyindi.
Kaani ala chesthe will i have the stamina to workout. i am a vegetarian, plz suggest natural sources of protein.

Its noway linked bro.. Just make sure u r not dehydrated. and clean ur hair n skin after workout.. salt is the culprit...

Freinds,

After seeing all the threads about your views on diet and workout. I will state my expereince.I was 208.7 pounds in this Jan 2012 when I started the gym. I too had trainer for few sessions. He gave a workout schedule for alternate days.

1st schedule : ------ Chest, triceps, shoulders for 35 mins and 30 min intense cardio

2nd schedule :------ Biceps, back, Legs for 35 mins and 30 min intense cardio

So ee 2 schedules alternate days for 4 days a week chesevadini.Everyday madhyalo planks and leg raises for abs chesevadini. cardio ke vaste 3 min warmup at 3 mph, after that I used run at 6.5mph to 7 mph for 60 sec minutes and comeback and do brisk walk at 3.5mph for 2 min.Illa 20 min treadmill and 10 min nonstop elliptical.

But after few days as I used to spend like 90 min in gym, it affected my sleep. My body is activated until 3 AM in morning. So doctor advised me not to workout late in evening. So i was very irregular herefater. Almost appudo oka sari ade weekend velevadini

My diet really helped me lose weight even though I didnt workout much.

Breakfast : --- quaker oats with soy milk or a fruit , but everyday I used to drink protien shake in morning like 25grams of protien

Mid snack:-------- fruit or almonds or dates 0r cashews ( Luckily ivvane office lone vundevi free )

lunch :------ Luckily maa office lo chala options vundevi. Starting ekkuva salads tinevadini ( ofcourse with dressing ) but eventually without dressing tinadam start chesaa. all the time salads ayethe bore. so brown rice,vegge,black beans, grilled fish with brwon rice or wheat bread, indian food with more curry ( all available in company cafeteria) and after yogurt

Mid snack:---- same malli like above tinevadini ( mood ne batti )

Dinner;----- I used to eat lot of fruits . i used to buy lot of fruits from farmers market . Iused to have meal replacement shake. sometimes indian tiffins ( dinner ee antha organised kaadu )

Night I used to eat lot of oranges

weekends depends, full indian tinevadini.

In march naa weight chuste I was 197.5, nearly 11 pounds in 2 months without much excercise. My goal is to reach 183 ( which my trainers weight and he is also same height ).

Bottomline from my understanding entante, everyone's internal mechanism is different from each other. I agress six packa and well oned body is craze today. But slowly embrace the change,try setting small goals. This is what my trainer advised me.
