Help On H1

Hi

My opt will expires on may 2013.I am in a confusion when to file H1 whether this april -2012 or next april 2013 .Please give me suggestions

you can't really wait till 2013,you should aplly for a visa in april 2012 for 2013 CAP

it's your wish actually...if you are ready to take risk then wait until 2013...other wise you apply for 2012...so that you will have two chances..

Even if you file in 2013 you are cool, because of CAP GAP Extension you will be in status between the months May - Oct. So dont worry apply in 2013. Atleast you have chance to save some money on taxes, free to change employers and have a change to go to India. I dont understand the concept of two chances, even if you file in 2013 you can apply thru 100 employers for H1-B, if you get all 100 you can choose whom to work with.
