Emergencies may occur at any time and create varying degrees of damage, human suffering, injury, death, and property damage or destruction. As a agency contractor, you are an important part of our emergency responsibilities. In the event of an emergency, unless you are granted a temporary exemption from emergency duty, you may be required to work before, during and/or beyond your normal work hours or days to perform emergency duties including, but not limited to, responses to or threats involving any disaster or threat of disaster, man-made or natural.[/indent]

[indent=1.375]· 3 + years demonstrated experience as an analyst with the development of web-based applications[/indent]
[indent=1.375]· 3 + years demonstrated experience with object-oriented techniques[/indent]
[indent=1.375]· 2 + years demonstrated experience with the design and implementation of medical / billing software[/indent]
[indent=1.375]· Demonstrated experience in analysis, testing and flowcharting/unified modeling.[/indent]


[b]Preferred:[/b]
· Experience with health applications
· Demonstrated experience with the development of web-based applications in an Intersystem’s Cache environment.
· Demonstrated experience managing information technology projects
· Knowledge of Third Party Billing practices; including Third Party insurances, Medicare and Medicaid
· Knowledge of HIPAA Administrative Simplification Electronic Transactions and Code Sets
· Knowledge of all HIPAA EDI standards and protocols
· Demonstrated experience with object–oriented design with the Rational toolset
· Experience with Agile software development methodology
