I think you have to switch your camera to 'Panorama' mode and take a series of pictures and later you can stitch them in photo editing s/w... hope that helps!! I tried it once but this one is brilliantly executed... KUDOS to the photographer and to you for posting such an amazing picture.. you rock you rock you rock

Naah you cant do it in MS paint. You would need any other stitching s/w to do that.
