Requirements:
Strong .Net developer with 8-10 years of experience (preferably around 10 years) with the following skills:
Strong [url="http://asp.net/"]ASP.net[/url], c#.net and concepts of object oriented programming
Strong skills using AJAX controls
Should be able to provide performance improvement of websites and improve user experience of websites
Experience with various XML technologies
Strong database skills in SQL Server 2005 and above, query tuning and Stored procedures, SSIS
Superior oral and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of SDLC and change management
Ability to interact directly with Business users to gather requirements and address their issues

Strong Plus:
Development using Silverlight
Understand data warehouse environment : relational and dimensional modeling concepts
SSRS skills
SSAS skills
