For local talent: F2F interview
For out of state talent: Heavy phone interview, then possible F2F interview which they say will almost be a general type interview, meet the team, etc…
NOTE: We will pay for air fare if F2F is required only if the candidate comes and interviews, offer is made, and accepted.
