Hi frds.Right now I am in OPT, prastutham bench meeda unnanu.....marketting jarugutunte oka excellent offer vachindi....oka req client is ready to do H1- transfer for a full time position....req ithe chala bagundi.....full time job......mee andariki telusu kada OPT lo undanga 7 yrs fake profile petti marketting chesukovatame ani....e req vachina a vendor kuda nenu h1 anukuntunnadu....andukane vadu cheptunnadu....client is ready to do h1 transfer ani.....nenu contracting lo ippatiki sarigga set kaledu, so anduke e req chala tempting ga undhi.....evarina manchiga nannu suggest cheyyagalara...moreover e req ki 3 yrs exp pedithe chalu, starting lo they will only train me......but nenu OPT lo unnanu kabatti, will the client be ready to me for a full time......vendor gadu matram cheppatam its a once in lyf time opportunity antunnadu.....initial phone interview next week lo teppistanu antunnadu......naaku motham 6 months real time experience undhi and that too in 3 projects, performance issue valla contract end ipoyindi, so avi references vastaya?.....so nenu 3-4 yrs resume in sare ela fake cheyyagalanu fulll time kabatti......reference check pass avvagalana...moreover client asalu OPT ante teesukuntada nannu and moreover is it advisable to go to FT now itself....emina probs untaya.......plz clear my doubts evarina seniors unte......

First 6 months contract to hire position lo chestanu ani cheppandi .... Aa 6 months mee work tho vallu impress aithe h1 cheyyyamani adagandi ... Or else you can request them to extend your contract for few more months.....

Naa guess prakaramu it is Cognizant's offer......Immigration lo fake pettatam manchidi kadhu.....JickyRani annatlu first contractor ga join avvu and later after six months nijam cheppesi full time convert chesuko.....My friend did like that....Aah six months time lo ninnu recruit cheskunna Accounts manager ki close avvu....they will cooperate if you are doing well....bcos they too know manushulu fake ani...
