maa employer ki indake approval email vachindi..kani just for an year..client letter lo 3 years ani undi kani approval only for less than an 1 year...does any one know the reason....

ippude maa employer email chesaru...we can appeal to USCIS why they approved for less than an year ani...can we do that??

we can ask them the reason why they gave less than an year anta...if i am lucky they may change it to 3 years kuda anta...

as others said..check the duration in PO and send....if the duration in PO is less than 3 years....think abt sending PO to USCIS...people are saying that duration in PO patti H1 validity date vasthadi ani....think, find out and do it...
