kakatiya
Cgeck list http://pop.h-cdn.co/assets/cm/15/06/54d1504cb1bd6_-_used-car-checklist.pdf Buying a used car can be a stressful proposition, especially if you’ve never done it before. If you’re buying from a reputable dealer, then the risks are usually minimal, but if you’re buying from a private seller there are a lot of possible pitfalls. Take this handy checklist with you to make sure that you don’t get stuck with a lemon. Examine the Documents Ask the seller to show you the V5C registration document – you’ll need this to tax the car. If the seller isn’t the person named as the registered keeper on the V5C, ask why. Does the number on the number plates match the V5C? Does the VIN on the car match the V5C? Has the VIN plate been tampered with? Does the VIN on the engine match the VIN etched elsewhere on the car? Does the vehicle have a valid MOT? Do the Numbers Add Up? Does the look of the car appear consistent with its reported age and mileage? Do the mileage numbers recorded on any service records/the MOT certificate, add up? Does the odometer show signs of tampering? If it does, walk away. Examine the Car Are there any signs of scratches, or uneven paint finishes on the car? Are there any traces of paint on the vehicles window seals, plastic mouldings, or door handles? Are there any tell-tale signs of welding under the bonnet or near the boot? Look behind the number plates and under the carpets – does it look like the colour of the vehicle has been changed? Car Safety Before you even think about a test drive, look for any possible safety issues, such as: Do the seatbelts work correctly Do all the lights work Does the windscreen wiper work? Are the tyres in good condition? If one tyre shows more wear and tear than another, this could be an issue. Check that the warning lights for the airbag works as expected, if the vehicle has them fitted. Take a Test Drive Listen to the vehicle when you’re driving, does the engine sound ok? Do all the warning lights operate as you would expect? Do the brakes work effectively? Does the steering vibrate or pull to one side? Can you start the vehicle easily in a variety of conditions? Is there any strange smoke coming out of the exhaust? Do you hear a noise when you operate the clutch (if so, this could be a sign of a fault). Do all the locks (including any remote control ones) work correctly My two cents on this as below full a/c on chesi drive chei.... car start cheyagane a/c on chesi drive chei appudu belt pina entha pressure padindo telustudhi.. car ni full breaks vesi chudu... tires nunchi noise ni observe chei.. carfax report tho paatu auto check kooda chudu.. if car went for 1,10,000 miles look at car manual for required servicing needs to be done and ask owner if that servicing was done.. if possible verify like.. change in break callipers , tyres, serpentine belt, transmission oil etc and also odm petti code read cheyi.. buy odm.. it will come for good use when you have used car.. http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_ss_i_1_3?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=obd%20ii%20bluetooth&sprefix=obd%2Caps%2C291 Verify the battery manufacturing date. Most batteries need replacement after 3-5 years of use. Date of manufacturing E0 ani vunte MArch 2010 ani ardham. A JAn B Feb C MArch D April - L or M and 1- 2011 2- 2002 3 - 2003 and 9-2009 and 0 -2010. If owner says battery works fine.. remind mechanic to do voltage drop test while inspection testing. Most mechanics do the bumper to bumper inspection for 50$ .. many car dealers do the inspection job for the same price. -> request seller if he changed the timing belts or chain ( for older vehicle) -> if he says he replaced timing belts etc ask him to show the bills. there is lot of material which i will update shortly https://vinrcl.safercar.gov/vin/vinLookup -> fill your vin infomraiton in this link and verify for safety information and recall. ================= 5K $ lopu cars konataniki http://www.andhrafriends.com/topic/581909-before-you-buy-used-cars/
