Please help me to tranfer my H1 VISA

Hi To All

I am having H1 visa.I am in India.My consultant saying you come to USA after 6 months.Now i want to transfer my visa to another company.

The company told me you go for vacation and come back after 2 months.I trusted this company,I came to india.Its almost 4 months there is no response from this company.

Can anybody help me to transfer my visa.I wanted to come there in March.

dude, now its not that easy to get your h1b transfered.

they are asking for all your recent pay rolls and w2 forms, and also client letter and Purchase order

its better to wait till the things get fine

you need updated payrolls....you can still try but i would say it's a risk

Will the new Employer-Employee Relation issue be a problem for h1b transfers to consultancies??
