Cid Likely To Interrogate Rgv In Bhanu Case

Hyderabad, May 7: CID police sleuths who have arrested Bhanu Kiran, prime accused in the murder of Rayalaseema factionist Maddelacheruvu Suri are likely to interrogate noted film director Ram Gopal Varma in connection with the investments into his ‘Rakta Charitra – 1’ and ‘Rakta Charitra – 2’ films, which were based on the real life of Suri.

Bhanu Kiran has in his confessional statement reported to have confirmed that Maddelacheruvu Suri has invested in the films. It may be mentioned here that RGV has met Suri several times before the production of these two films during the preparation of the story line.

It was then said that Suri himself has invested in the films. Film producer C Kalyan, a known associate of Suri and Bhanu Kiran has presented the film. Though Kalyan was the front man for the project, it was then said that actually Suri and Bhanu had actually financed the project. It is now learnt that Banu has confirmed the reports.
