OEM or Supplier ane question chala broad..........u have to determine by the health of the company but not what category it belongs too..check the growth of the company, size financial situation and also your interest..

if u choose OEM u might get a chance to work in R&D but not in a supplier company so with out knowing your preferences and the exact details of the company it is tough to answer...
