yaa nenu cheppedhi adhe first project asalu subject vache varaku dont think abt billing,client,work...adhi entha oka 1 year kavochu like in initial opt but neeku experience vachaka never get into this companies.........its a bad carrier move.......

pedda exp em ledhu mama..i mean adhi naku pedadhi.......my stem opt was expiring in 7 days and aa desi manager vachi ur proj is ending on friday annadu.......and i dint apply for h1...by that time...imagine the situation...and my frustration...like this is a long term one...and we have various proj going on here okati pothe okati annatu matladadu during 2 rounds of intv....


so okati enti ante their main backup is india...so ninnu ikkada hire chesukoni $50 iche badalu they can get any bench candidate from india on b1/l1 and get it done.......


after i got my h1b......the same guy called......he'z a telugu manager..."infosys is lacking some resources...and we are hiring FTE bcoz b1's are getting rejected...so would you be intrested..without any swecond thought i disconnected the call.....
