You are correct . baa we should stand for our family , once we do that we will hear and solve their problems instead of expressing our problems to them.
As a matter of fact nadhi kuda same situation and many more responsibilities inspite of being the youngest .. ivanni oka side ayithe am not even happy personally coz my life style used to be entirely different , hyd mythrivanam peers lo coaching ki join ayyanu but I used to spend the whole time in baba temple near the Sec 'bad Busstop.
After coming here i lost my personal happiness .. i do pray only at home and sometimes I go to temple. yenni personal frustrations unna we should remember its not our life because whatever we do it affects the whole family (especially when your family looks up to you)
mee mother ki visa try cheyyi..thats my advice or mana kakatiya baa cheppinattu , send her few good pics which shows that you are rocking here , nee personal frustrations yemina unte , friends tho share chesukuni solve chesuko or solve urself.

1) if you have enough bank balance , you need not worry about job in india, it iwill take some time but you can find job in india.
2) Only mother health issue , you can bring her here and take care about her and her health, you dont feel lonely.
3) If really want to back india , try to apply h1 and go for stamping , if you get stamping with same client , you can stay there or when ever you want to come back you can come here.
4) which etl tool you are looking in india , in india informtica is good and you can join in some indian companies here and enjoy your life.
5) money is important but parents are more important
