Description:
Responsibilities:
This person will have primary responsibility for facilitating the submission process of required data to Health and Human Services under Federal Health Care Reform for the Plan Finder.
* Serves as a liaison between the internal business community and HHS to define requirements for each submission
* Communicates to internal business community the data elements required for the submission including determining deadlines for data to be collected internally in order to meet external HHS deadlines
* Collects data from each internal department, tracks accuracy of data
* Using the HHS defined process, submits data to HHS by the deadline
* Obtains quality review attestation from each internal department
* Obtains CEO/CFO Attestation
* Works with internal subject matter experts to validate submitted data
* Documents entire process, including Standard Operating Procedures for internal tracking of submission
* Works directly with HHS to resolve any and all issues in data and ensures all data is correctly submitted.
* Gathers information about the organization's work processes and information flows.
* Has basic knowledge in functions they support.
* Has knowledge and background of other technologies and tools.
* Has basic understanding of business, market and industry issues facing a specific business unit or function. Supports several simple to moderately complex business processes.
* Investigate and analyze feasibility of low to moderately complex enhancements, automations and processes. Analyze, define and interpret business needs and issues by gathering, analyzing, documenting and validating the Business area(s) and user(s) technical (functional/non-functional) requirements.
* Use project management techniques to establish roles and responsibilities, monitor project and request status and workload, and ensure deliverables of high quality, effectiveness and timeliness. Manages assigned enhancements, automations and implementations from concept through implementation. Creates, develops and maintains project schedules for key deliverables by developing project plan, monitoring milestone completion and coordinating project progress. May lead for less complex enhancements, automations and implementations.

Requirements:
* Requires a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Business or relevant work experience in business analysis, systems analysis and/or testing background.
* 3-6 years of direct Business Analyst experience.
