1) move avute USPS lo forward to new address enduku pettukoledu?
2) call chesi valla billing dept ki cheppu. I never received a bill ani! you ahve my phone number on file and so how can you approach credit agency without intimation? chesam pettam ante gattigane anu call history report pattuku vasta/mail chesta ani.... vallani prove cheyamanu, they made attempts to contact you ani....
3) conclude saying I am still agreeing to pay, so I want that record on my credit history to be withdrawn ani.... who ever reports it also have the ability to withdraw it.
explain them clean; u might end up with some dumb person very rarely if so talk to their supervisor.

Oka good thing abt medical bill issues, aa amount peragadhu...vaallaki call chesi amount kattai and account meeda neevu address maarindi so bill raledu ani note pettu and requested them to send this to credit B... so with in few months you will be good.....
