problem em kaadhu anukunta company A vaadiki cheppi inkoka H1 file cheyinchatam .. one can have valid multiple i797 forms from multiple companies.. but can only work for one company

I don't think this is the case.. mostly Company B may be applying for a H1 Transfer...

ne H1.. B company tho file ayindhi.... that to receipt number came... so inform to A company abt the past H1 matter and ask them to talk with B company to H1 transfer......
