Help In Unix Please

i have an etl process which runs every 30 mins and completes in 4 mins like it starts at 8 02 am completes at 8 06 am and starts again at 8 32 am and completes at 8 36 am and starts again at 9 02 am
and this will run like 24 * 7
right now iam sending a trigger to other server through unix script every half hour once the process is complete

requirement is to send a trigger for every 3 hours between 8 am to 12 am only

like 8 :06 am , 11 :06 am, 2 :06 pm ,5: 06 pm, 8 : 06 pm, 11:06 pm only ( these are approx timings ) when ever .02 min run starts once it compelte it will have send a trigger for every three hours

can you please help in writing the unix script

we are not using crontab because , we haven't used it earlier when 8 :02 run starts it may complete at 8 :06 or 8 :07 or 8 :08 or 8 :09 thats
