were you already on HSMP?? if so then its not a problem for you to extend. If you are planning to do for first time then you dont have that option.

neeku tier 1 vasthe 3 years ravali kada 2 years antav endi??? 2011 feb lo vasthe 2014 daaka ravali kada??

and tier 2 ki chala requirements fill cheyyali nuvvu.... first company ki license tevali.... next nee salary chala hike kavali... ivi rendu cheyyadaniki time undi mari nuvve alochinchuko

Check your PM. There is a typo in that message. *OCt,2011 instead of Oct,2012.
