Tamil blockbuster, [i][b]Vettai[/b], [/i]is finally going to be remade in Telugu. Producer [b]Bellamkonda Suresh[/b]first snapped up the film's remake rights but later he gave up the idea of remaking it, for various reasons. So UTV Motion Pictures, the original producers, informed the media that they are dubbing the movie in Telugu with the title [b][i]Bhale Tammudu.[/i][/b] Now in a sudden development, Bellamkonda bought back the remake rights from UTV and is making it with Naga Chaitanya as lead hero. What's more, he has roped in comedian turned hero Sunil to play the second hero.

This is going to be Naga Chaitanya's immediate next movie. He is currently doing RR Moviemakers'[i]Autonagar Surya[/i] that is in the last leg of production. Later this year, he will also work with his father Nagarjuna and grandfather Akkineni Nageshwara Rao in a film titled [i][b]Trayam[/b]. [/i]

Sunil delivered huge hit this year with [i]Poola Rangadu [/i]and is now considered as one of the top stars in Tollywood as he has a market of his own. Hence the combination of Naga Chaitanya and Sunil as two heroes is sure going to evoke interest in filmgoers. Sunil will play the role that was originally enacted by R Madhavan as a timid cop while Naga Chaitanya play the aggressive younger brother role.

The Telugu version is to be [b]directed by Dolly[/b], who earlier directed [i][b]Konchem Ishtam Konchem Kashtam[/b].[/i] The remake will go to the sets from June 26th. Other cast and crew details are yet to be finalized.
