she is planning to come on dependent visa to usa.. (not mareid yet... only in plans)... how rare the chances for her to study here..
she already have admission... but no visa f1

GRE Toefl are not required by the govt.... they are needed by the school you are going to.... depending on the school u still need them.

naaku telisina chala cases lo ,, F1 visa is always the safest.. than a dependent visa if she had strong desire to pursue masters..
