Help Regarding Formatting Hard Drive From Exfat To Fat32

guys nenu 2TB hard drive recently. By default it was formatted in NTFS and i was trying to format it to FAT32 (reason for this is, most of the external electronic devices like TV does not recognize NTFS systems. Also, any file greater than 4GB cannot be transferred/copied into NTFS hard drive's ). naa laptop is WIN 7 OS and nenu format chedam ante I dont see FAT32 option...All i cud see is NTFS and exFAT....I have no idea of this exFAT file system.

meelo evarikaina idea unda, which is good...FAT32 or exFAT....and how do i change it to FAT32?
