I totally agree vayya....Modi cannot be compared in terms of all the adjectives you talked about and more...but still iffudu vunna AP faristiti ki CBN vunnappudu ki chala teda vundi ga...he should have at least come back given the scale of corruption in YSR time but did not make good use of opp baa

My answers:
1. Modi is not a Great as hailed. Its in every Gujju's blood, the spirit of entrepreneurship. They have had developed that attitude thousands of years ago right from during Indus Valley Civilization. (10,000 years back).
2. The largest NRI/OCI/PIO percentage of Indians abroad are Gujjus, from far Australia to US via Middle East, Western Europe, UK etc. Obviously they have the largest share of remittances back to homeland India. This constant flow of funds is one of the major reasons.
3. They have deep business acumen coupled with crim*inal idealogy, that most of the time yielded loads of money. (Most scams in Stock market and Banks are by Gujjus).
4. The tropical weather of Gujarat is most suited for Cotton Industry and Diamond Industry rather than agriculture. Its no surprise that Gujarat contributes 20-25% of India's export.
5. They have settled very well in UK and other European nations during Gold Rush, thus able to get large diamond cutting contracts from Rothschild Empire (see Gold Rush in encyclopedia).

Modi's success lies in manipulating the existing business environment and maintaining proper Industry-Public relations.
Dont ever ccompare Modi with CBN and Gujarat with AP. Why CBN is failed is:
1. He manipulated everything with Eenadu, the only existing media till 2004. Once media business started booming, every tom,Dick& Harry established media house there by real facts got revealed. For ex., all BJP Govt.s schemes were publicized as being done by TDP.
2. His anti-farmers policy. Continuous decline of rainfall there by leading to severe drought in State.
3. A deep hatred developed towards his community because only people who got benefitted during his rule are from his own community and no body else. This is where exactly YSR was successful as he earned lakhs of crores and distributed the same to all his followers.
4. Anti-state Govt employee policy, e.g. resizing all govt. establishments
5. He was late in realizing the fact that bringing Bill Gates and Bill Clinton to Hyderbad cannot do any good to general public of the state except Murali Mohan, Narni Estates, Ramoji Rao, Kavuri Hills etc.
6. Establishing Engg Colleges was publicized as a major victory. A state like UP has got thousands of Engineering colleges during same time.
7. The IT exports from our state were grown many times during his tenure, but poor AP citizens never knew that neighbouring states like TN, Karnataka, Maharastra have seen even more growth not only in IT but every field.
