Naa current project sudden ga ipoyindi. kani a client letter ivvataniki ready ga undhi even though naa contract ipoyina kuda, but project ipoyina client letter tho h1 apply cheste safe ye na? kotha project vethukkuni, project loki vellaka h1 apply cheddamu ante appati varuku untaya ledha annadi tension, ina kotha client letter istada ledha annadi kuda doubt ye. naaku corect ga evarina suggest chestara. monnane project ipoyina client letter teesukuni h1 apply cheyyatam safe ye na ledha kotha project kosam vethukkuni cheyyatam better ah? naa opt matram next jan varuku undhi, daniki emi prob ledhu, but h1 apply cheyyata priority ga marindi.

usuual ga client letter tho patu lawyer nee contract papers kooda aduguthadu ade the contract between ur employer and client (if your employer is direct vendor to the client) or else the contract between ur employer and vendor where they clearly say how long is the current contract ani..atleast na case lo alane ayyindi..na clinet letter lo date edi mention cheyyaledu but na contract na project duration mention chesi vundi andukane naku H1 1 year ke vachindi..thats my bad luck le..anyways..in ur case its better to apply a H1 when u get a new job to be safe kani H1 quota ayipothundi emo ani anukunte u should go ahead and apply with current client letter..

vere project vethukkuni, project kottataniki oka month padutadi......and akkada kotha place lo settle avvataniki inko 2 weeks.....ante 1 and half month taruvatha cheyyali......e lopala h1's ipote i will be in a dangerous situation.......client letter is not 100% required annadi nijamena......dhani place verevi ante emi pettachu.....

The better and safe play is to apply H1 once you get a new project. Try to get a project ASAP as you have to apply for H1 this year for sure as your OPT is till Jan. Extreme situation lo try to apply for H1 with the old client letter. If your employer has a good track record then there wont be any problem, otherwise you have to think on it.
