Hc: Defreeze Sakshi Accounts

[font=arial,helvetica,sans-serif]Hyderabad, May 23: CBI has received one more legal set back in the high court on Wednesday. The court has struck down freezing of the bank accounts of Sakshi by the agency, which was probing into allegations of disproportionate assets against Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy. [/font]

[font=arial,helvetica,sans-serif]The high court has given permission to the Sakshi group to operate its bank accounts with certain conditions. The court has told the media house to run all transactions only through cheque payments. Sakshi management was also asked to submit details of its transactions to the court on the tenth of every month. The high court in its interim order has however imposed a ban on sale or transfer of Sakshi’s properties.[/font]
