I am taking table and output as text file which shd be a UTF-8 encoding...

Flat file connection manager lo am setting UTF-8 as codepage

But I am geting result text file in 1252 ANSI format...

I donno how to fix dis...

Plz help me...

data prob kadhu dude....

expected data format/datatype cannot be seen in text file..

Mr jeedelu try this, you need to convert it first before doing . let me know If I can help you in understanding

If i click that...my file format will become

UTF-16...

But I need UTF-8
