coz like Raja he may be kept for 2Yrs or so

Agree he is leader of the party but duration of stay in lock up matters a lot
Unless he comes out of bail

See Laalu he was also a party head and very popular once he was struck in jail we all know what happened

What happened.. he made his Wife the CM and he became the Railway minister of India after that and took so many awards..
