yes you have to still take the written test..... the program/course ur taking ur taking will waive ur road test.

if i understand you correctly, i have to take the written test first and then take the rider course...to waive off the road test.

I am planning on ninja 250 or CBR 250.
there are a few sale events going on here in CALI...

I am in a dilema whether to buy a new one or used one...

when i look for used ones, the ninjas are going anywhere between 3500 to 6000...
