Bhayya I am in different situation, I am on CPT and I already applied LCA for H1 with new employer with new client. Start date in 2 weeks. Can i still apply for another LCA and H1 with current employer with current client. Will there be an issue when both LCA's reach to USCIS.

DB peddhalara help me here.

No issues .. you can file any # LCAs and H-1s. But at a time one must be active and you cannot file multiple #s of H-1 from same employer.
