H1B Transfer Before Oct 1

First I applied for H1 in regular process, but knowing that my contract ends in July, I asked my employer to go for premium. Now I got a much better job offer from company B (full time), and need to join the new company[/font][/color][color=#000000][font=verdana, geneva, lucida,] in August. How can I transfer my H1 visa (If I get H1 from company A)[/font][/color]

u don't need to apply.... FT annavu join avuta antunnavu kabatti... antha valle chestaru.... transfer procedure vallake telusu... nekemi sambandham ledu... after your H1 with company A is approved let them know to initiate H1 transfer.... immediately so that you can join them as early as possible...

before October 1st edina headache emo ani naa feelign .

how can he transfer a h1 which didnt start(assuming the transfer takes place before oct 1st) ?...just curious to know......
