nee kosam rule pushtakalu tiragesina ippude.... H1 approve ayyentha varaku aagu... approve ayyaka employer B ni transfer imemdiate cheyamanu ( he can for sure initiate transfer before oct 1st)..... with out your employer A knowing abt it.... transfer approve avute u can work with Employer A till the date mentioned on your transfer H1 approval.... appati nunchi nuvvu etti paristitilo Employer B tho pani cheyyali.... oka vela transfer treject avute u still got approved H1 from employer A and you can continue working with him....

once u get ur h1 document, send that document to your new employer. your new employer will take care of h1 transfer. to be on safe side, do not resign your existing employer unless h1 transfer is complete and successful
